Pre-natal yoga

Pregnant yoga aims to ease pregnancy discomfort in a supportive environment. With other expectant mothers, you'll strengthen your body, enhance mental clarity through breathwork, and prepare for a mindful birth. Private one-on-one sessions are also available for personalized guidance.
